brown 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, set aside
for sauce: 6 T sugar
2 T soy sauce
1 T wine
3 T vinegar
1/2 c pineapple juice
3 T ketchup
1/2 c water
2 T corn starch (sauce can be doubled or tripled )mix all but cornstarch and water and bring to boil
mix cornstarch with water and add to sauce, stirring until thickened
Vegetable mix:
julienne green peppers, carrots
1 can drained water chestnuts
chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
stir fry in oil until onion is clear
mix sauce, chicken, vegetables and 1 can pineapple (drained) not crushed
bake at 350 1 1/2 hours
