Outrageous Oreo Cupcakes

2 c flour
1 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 c mayonaise
1 cup hot water
1 tsp vanilla
1 c unsalted butter, softened
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 Tbs vanilla
1 Tbs milk
2 1/2 c crushed oreo cookies

mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, add mayo, hot water and 1 tsp vanilla, mix 2 min. scraping bowl
place in sprayed muffin cups bake at 350 ,17-20 min.
Frosting
beat butter vanilla and powdered sugar until combined , add 2 cups of oreos, spread on cupcakes (frosting is stiff) place crushed oreos on top   this recipe from the publication mixing bowl .com
