Creamy Artichoke and Spinach Dip

2  14 oz cans artichoke hearts
            drained and coarsely chopped
1   10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
6  oz  grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c mayo
3/4 c sour cream
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
butter 1 1/2 qt casserole dish  mix ingredients bake 30-40 min at 375
serve with crackers or bread
