I got these recipes from my aunt Peggy years ago, I like them both, but I think I prefer the chicken version myself.

cube and cook 4-5 chicken breasts in one package of Ranch dry dressing mix ex. Hidden Valley  do not add any oil. set frying pan on med-low
in floured tortillas, place chicken cubes and Monterrey Jack cheese. (use any amount you like per burrito)
makes 10-12. place in sprayed 9X13 pan.
Heat 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 4 oz cheese and 1/4 c water. Pour over burritos and bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
  serve topped with shredded lettuce,tomato, sour cream and salsa
Beef;
  ground beef 2#
  1 pkg taco seasoning
  1jar taco sauce
  flour tortillas
  1 can chili without beans

brown beef, drain,add taco seasoning and half of jar sauce
fill tortillas, add shredded cheese (amount desired per burrito) and place in sprayed 9x13 pan
