Quick and Easy Oreos

These are so quick and easy. Make them tiny like Oreos or bigger like a typical sandwich cookie.
Mix 1 box Chocolate cake mix
3/4 c butter flavored crisco, or butter- the crisco works better I think
2 eggs
Mixture will be thick.

Drop by spoon fulls onto lightly sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes, depending on the size of your cookies. Do not overbake.
When cool, spread on ready made cream cheese frosting on back side of one cookie, then sandwich another on top.  Don't have any on hand? whip some up or use any ready made frosting, vanilla, chocolate etc,. Go ahead and be inventive.
