1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
2 large eggs
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
1 unbaked pie crust or see Never Fail Pie Crusts
Mix sugar, salt and spices, beat in eggs. Stir in pumpkin and milk, pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 min then reduce oven temp to 350 and bake another 40-50 min until center is set.
