Peanut Butter Cookies


Cream 1 c butter
            1 c sugar
            1 c brown sugar
            1 c peanut butter
  Add in  2 eggs and 
            1 tsp vanilla

In a separate bowl, combine 2 1/2 c flour
               1 tsp baking soda
               1 1/2 tsp salt
 Add flour mixture to creamed mix, Place 1 inch balls onto lightly sprayed baking sheet or use stone ware. Press with a fork or glass bottom dipped into sugar, here I used a meat pounder because it makes a fun design. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min. or until golden. I dipped some in Dolci dipping chocolate.

Now, I may have to get off the computer and go make some. PB are my fav next to white choc. macadamia nut! Thanks for the recipe... I buy so much cookie dough from the kids at school, I've almost forgotten how to make them from scratch! Lezlee
