Chicken Broccoli Quinoa


Cook 1 cup quinoa according to package directions.
Chop up 2 cups cooked chicken or use canned.
Chop 1 c broccoli, you can use cooked or raw. Any vegetable or combination of veggies you like can be substituted.
 Mix together, season with salt and pepper.
Shave 4 oz Asiago cheese over and serve, warm or cold. ( I prefer this one warm)
