Baked Oatmeal



Lightly spray a 9X13 pan, set aside.
 Preheat oven to 350
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2/3 c oil
2/3 c applesauce
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2  c milk
5-6 c oats, not instant oatmeal, use regular, 5 min, or thick cut
 Combine ingredients evenly, pour into pan and bake 30 min.  Do not over bake.
Serve with milk or cream, berries, nuts and brown sugar. Great for a large crowd or brunch.

What a nice breakfast this looks like. I haven't made oatmeal for my girls in weeks and I think we're due! This looks like a great way to get them back into it. Yum! The results are in. "Super yummy" and "mm mm" say my kids. It's like an oatmeal pudding or something. Just delicious, say I.
