1/2 c softened butter
1- 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 -1/2 c flour
2 Tbs cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 c buttermilk
2 c shredded zucchini (I leave peel on)
2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs, oil and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Stir in zucchini, pour into greased 9X13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min.
