Great to serve with graham crackers!
Bring 1 8 oz block of cream cheese to room temp.
Add 3/4 c peanut butter- creamy
3 Tbs brown sugar
Mix well and add
1 - 1 1/4 c powdered sugar
Form into a ball- will be sticky
Roll into a mix of 1 c chocolate chips and 1 c butterscotch chips
Refrigerate 1 hour.
